One thing I did add was taking a B12 supplement. January I was taking the B12 liquid drops for the entire month. The Natrol B12 5,000mcg was something I switched to In February. B12 can be a low deficiency that plant based diets have to take to make up for.
For myself I only needed to take some B12 twice a week. Once my levels went up, I was actually able to get off them. I have done some research myself to figure out what other health precautions should be taken to prepare myself.
