Ingredients:
Victoria's Vegan Alfredo Pasta Sauce

Barillas bow tie pasta (protein+)
1 pack of mushrooms ( 8 oz)
4 handfuls of spinach (your discretion)
Cajun Seasoning (2tbsp) *your discretion
Black pepper (2tbsp) *your discretion
Steps:
1. Bring water to a boil and add your pasta. Allow to cook for 7-8minutes, drain and set aside in a bowl.
2. Dice up your mushrooms and sauté with your spinach and seasoning on medium high heat

3. Stir in alfredo sauce and allow to simmer on low heat for approximately 3minutes.
*Stir occasionally so you don't burn sauce.
4. Add mixture to pasta bowl and stir all ingredients together.
5. Serve and enjoy!
