Someone shared this with me in the beginning of my pregnancy because I was giving myself a hard time about not being as physically active as I wanted to be. Being a runner, I like to just get out and hit a trail when I can. Since being pregnant however, that routine got switched. I was sleeping a lot more naturally and when I did get the chance to get out I wasn't doing my full 3 miles. So, I was bummed for a moment, but then took that advice and said to myself it is O.K. You are growing an entire life and change will happen so if things get thrown off, let it be and give yourself grace to do so.
